This site is independently published by Mickaël Genoud, Fribourg, Switzerland, as part of the development of the TAKTYN product. For any question about your personal data, you can contact him directly: mgenoud01@gmail.com.

2. What data is collected

This site is a simple showcase. It does not set any tracking cookies and does not use any third-party analytics tool (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel).

The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

• Name
• Organization (optional)
• Email address
• The content of your message

3. Why this data is collected

Solely to respond to your request for a demo or information about TAKTYN. This data is sent directly by email — no marketing database, no newsletter, no resale or sharing with third parties.

4. Retention period

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then as part of any resulting business relationship (demo, pilot, contract). You can request its deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR if you reside in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the use of your data. To exercise it, write to mgenoud01@gmail.com.

6. Hosting

The TAKTYN application infrastructure (outside this showcase site) is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva / Winterthur), governed exclusively by Swiss law.

7. Changes

This policy may evolve, in particular once the company is formally registered. The update date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
